it is a form of cancer that usually sets up in your lungs or abdominal cavity and is caused by inhaling irritants ( such as asbestos). My husbands grandfather has this type of cancer from where he worked in the smeltering rooms at an aluminum plant.

what is mesothelioma?

Mesothelioma Cancer is a rare form of cancer in which malignant (cancerous) cells are found in the mesothelium, a protective sac that covers most of the body’s internal organs. Most people who develop mesothelioma have worked on jobs where they inhaled asbestos particles.
