Mild right lower back pain, day 32 no period, tubes tied, last week had pressure when I pee, What's wrong?

Ok, last week all the sudden I felt a pressure in my vagina, almost felt like something was hanging down inside. It did not hurt, it was just weird. As the night went on, The pressure bothered me and I felt as if I had to urinate, I'd sit on the toliet, but the pressure was there but I wasnt peeing, or much at all- This continued through the next day, and then bad lower right side back pain started. I never had pain or burning when I went pee. Just a pressure for 1 day- I had no fever- I went to the drugstore and found a AZO kit and took it- It came back positive(UTI test)-so, I drank lots of cranberry juice and water- The pain in my lower back was still there. I started to take an antibiotic(Cephalexin)(some left overs from a friend-yeah, I know bad!!! But, our health Ins. ran out and I don't have any til Sept-due to my husbands new job)anyhow , the back pain is still mild and there- I am done with what antibiotic I had, I am on day 32 with no period yet- Which I can go 28 to 36 days normally- I had my tubes tied 5 years ago durning my C-section. I question if I could be pregnant? I thougtht maybe a Kidney infection, bladder infection? But, my symtomns were soo strange and not common to those I've read about! Anyone offer some help? I have a Dr appt schedules for Sept 8, I will then have health ins. But, in the mean time, I am concerned, I worry about cancers? HELP!!!

sounds like a pregnancy .... but i think the chances would be so slim.. thats how i felt when i got pregnant though... but then i had a stabbing like pain also.. cancer is also very scary.. i guess the only way is to go to a doc.. hopefully you will get some answers on your appt. its just so far away. you cant see anyone sooner? check out this link....
